Bust-R is a Brisbane (Australia) based DJ and producer with a love for making house music that feels good. His signature sound blends uplifting piano melodies with polished pop-house production, earning support from some of the biggest names in dance music, including David Guetta, Zedd, Axwell, Timmy Trumpet, Don Diablo, Bingo Players, Fedde Le Grand, Sam Feldt and many more.

Recently, Bust-R teamed up with internationally acclaimed singer and songwriter VASSY for their collaboration ‘Day n Night’. The pair premiered the track together at Tomorrowland on the Planaxis Stage, hosted by Laidback Luke - a moment that marked a major milestone in Bust-R’s career. The premiere also attracted attention from Rolling Stone and multiple other international music and entertainment publications, who covered the collaboration and its Tomorrowland debut.

Bust-R and VASSY have also brought their partnership into radio, restarting VASSY’s ‘VOX Radio’ as a platform dedicated to championing emerging Australian artists and giving new talent a bigger voice. The show is now broadcast across more than 16 major Australian radio stations, with selected episodes also picked up and broadcast by Diplo’s Revolution on SiriusXM, giving Australian artists exposure well beyond home soil.

Away from his own releases, Bust-R is also the driving force behind Brisbane-based label Planet Lush. One of the biggest milestones for Planet Lush this year has been signing Australian dance music heavyweight Tom Budin, partnered with French Canadian producer uninvited for their cover of Planet Funk’s iconic ‘Chase The Sun’. The release has been a huge success, spending four consecutive weeks at #1 on the ARIA Club Charts and marking another major step forward for the label as it continues to champion exciting Australian talent and releases with a global outlook.
